New Hotel Openings in Paris – 2026 & 2027

As one of the world’s most popular tourist cities, Paris is suitably well equipped with accommodation options – and a series of new hotels continue to add to the choice

Parisian hotels tend to abide by a common rule: the closer to the centre, the more you’ll pay. That allow visitors to pick between a prime location and better value further out, depending on what matters most to them. If you’re coming to Paris over the coming months and like the idea of staying somewhere brand new, we’ve picked out some of the latest additions to the city’s hospitality landscape.

Salvia Paris

Opened in February 2026, Salvia brought a new four-star boutique option to the city’s vibrant Latin Quarter, with 39 rooms and suites each combining colourful interiors with a distinctly Parisian look and feel. Opposite the Sorbonne in the 5th arrondissement, the hotel is within comfortable walking distance of notable landmarks and places of interest including Panthéon, Jardin du Luxembourg and the Seine. On-site facilities include a café-restaurant, bar and 24-hour reception, while rooms come with Nespresso machines and Smart TVs.

A mainstay of Parisian nightlife since the 1960s, the Bus Palladium spent the ensuing decades as one of the city’s best-known rock clubs before closing its doors in 2022 and being reinvented as a luxury hotel. The latest incarnation opened in April 2026 in Pigalle, in the 9th arrondissement, within easy reach of the buzzing Montmartre district and the legendary Moulin Rouge cabaret. Its rich musical heritage remains central to the guest experience, with around 30 rooms and suites joined by an on-site restaurant, vinyl bar, rooftop terrace and underground club hosting live performances.

Maison Honnel

Maison Honnel owes its name to Carlo Honnel, an Italian tailor who once worked from the same upmarket address in the 8th arrondissement, back when it was known as Hôtel du Ministère. In July 2026, the hotel reopened as Maison Honnel, its 41 rooms and suites boasting a prime location two minutes from the neoclassical church Le Madeleine and within easy walking distance of the Champs-Élysées. Downstairs of the hotel, Carlo restaurant and bar serves Italian-themed food and aperitivo, while a private Wine Room routinely hosts private dinners and events.

L’Adrienne Vendôme Paris – Autograph Collection

Set to open at the tail end of 2026, L’Adrienne Vendôme Paris will add yet another five-star address to the 1st arrondissement – already among the capital’s most exclusive hotel districts. The 156-room Autograph Collection property will place guests just a stone’s throw from famous spots including Place Vendôme and the Tuileries Garden, with the Louvre and Opéra Garnier also an easy walk away. Those in the know have already revealed details on the hotel’s eye-catching interiors, said to be inspired by late-18th-century Parisian elegance, while two restaurants and a spa with a swimming pool will add further appeal.

Another notable late-2026 arrival will be Banke Opéra Paris, which will see a grand former bank building given a fresh lease of life as Radisson Collection’s first Paris hotel. Dating all the way back to the start of the 20th century, the property is located in the 9th arrondissement, close to Galeries Lafayette and Opéra Garnier. Following a full renovation, its 90 guest rooms will be accompanied by a restaurant and bar housed beneath an eye-catching 19th-century atrium, while a Gustave Eiffel-designed staircase provides another visually arresting reminder of the building’s past. Perhaps most unusually, the former bank vault will become home to the hotel’s gym and wellness facilities.

Pestana CR7 Lifestyle Hotel

Fans of iconic footballer Cristiano Ronaldo may have to wait a little longer for one of Paris’s most hotly-discussed new hotels, with the Pestana CR7 Lifestyle Hotel now slated to open some time in 2027. The result of a partnership between hotelier Dionísio Pestana and the former Real Madrid and Manchester United superstar, the 210-room property will bring the brand’s vibrant, design-led approach to the 13th Arrondissement, close to Austerlitz station. Other than the (we assume) occasional visit from the man himself, its most eagerly awaited feature is expected to be a rooftop with far-reaching views across Paris, complete with a swimming pool and bar.
